Your responsibilities

Planning, controlling and monitoring active transports
Direct communication with drivers, customers and partners
Schedule, status and document control
Solution-oriented handling of exceptions and enquiries
Maintaining trip and vehicle data in digital systems

What you bring

Experience in freight forwarding, transport logistics or dispatch
Good German; Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage
Clear communication and independent working style
Confident use of MS Office and digital applications
Resilience, teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility
